Refund Policy
If you are not granted a consultation by the doctor, you will not be charged any fees. If for any reason your card was charged but you subsequently did not receive a consultation, any charges will be refunded in full. If you are consulted by a doctor who subsequently decides that prescribed treatments are not appropriate to your condition there will be no refunds, as F2FDoc.com acts only as a referral service to a licensed physician. Any prescribing of medications is purely at the discretion of the relevant physician who examines you.
