F2FDoc.com manages your confidential medical information in addition to introducing you for a consultation with a qualified physician, and while medication therapies are often recommended we cannot guarantee that this consultation will result in a prescription.
If you are not granted a consultation by the doctor, you will not be charged any fees. If for any reason your card was charged but you subsequently did not receive a consultation, any charges will be refunded in full. The only exception to this policy occurs if a patient deliberately falsifies medical records and/or falsely undertakes that he/she is not already receiving prescription medications from another healthcare provider. In this instance an administration charge of $125 will be withheld in order to cover the costs incurred by F2FDOC and the relevant physician that has to review and verify this information. If you are consulted by a doctor who subsequently decides that prescribed treatments are not appropriate to your condition there will be no refunds, as F2FDoc.com acts only as a referral service to a licensed physician. Any prescribing of medications is purely at the discretion of the relevant physician who examines you.
Should a prescription be raised by the doctor, you will be solely responsible for having that prescription filled. F2FDoc.com has no affiliation with, or control over, any pharmacies and therefore will not be involved in any issues or disputes you may have with the pharmacy of your subsequent choice.
