You simply place a request for a consultation via the website and provide us with all of your personal medical information which we hold securely and screen before passing to the relevant doctor for them to review. Once the doctor has reviewed the information our Customer Services team will schedule your appointment with the doctor and confirm the details with you. Whilst you will be asked for your credit card details at the time of placing your consultation request, we will only charge for our service fee and the doctor’s consultation fee when your records have been approved and your consultation has been scheduled. If you are pre-paying for your fees we will schedule your consultation once we receive your Money Order and have approved your medical records. If the doctor considers that prescription medication is an appropriate treatment for you, he\she will issue a prescription for you to have filled at a pharmacy of your choice. Depending on State regulations the doctor may call in the prescription, plus any refills, to your chosen pharmacy.
