"I cannot even begin to tell you what a wonderful experience it was to meet with Dr C. The Dr came in and took the time to talk with me and go over my medical history from the past ten years and was very knowledgable on the current medications I am taking for Crohn's disease. This was my first face to face consult and I found it more informative and positive than any phone consultation in the past. I'm definitely glad I made the appointment and saw the Dr in person. "
"Okay. I had my appointment today. I was nervous. Especially about paying upfront. But here's my quick summary of the process.
1. I signed up on the website. I sent my records, then called to confirm. I also emailed a pdf of the records. (You can use Nitro PDF Maker from download.com for free.)
2. They made an appointment for the next week. They charged my card. I was nervous about this. But sometimes life is a risk.
3. My condition made it impossible for me to get around for two weeks so I had to reschedule three times. They didn't give me a hard time. The office manager was so very nice and helped me out so much.
4. The doc was in Irving. I went in. Complete office visit. Review of my records. Very very nice doctor. Very compassionate.
5. I'm a very happy, pain free girl right now. The pharmacy there is not expensive also.
Again, this was the Dallas area doctor. I prefer this over the teleconsults and waiting etc. I rarely ever write reviews, but I wanted to contribute because you folks have been very helpful.

"I had my appointment yesterday with the new doctor and he was great.It was nice to go to a regular doctor's office with his regular patients and fit right in.The triage nurse was super nice and took my vitals and then the doctor did his exam and seemed caring and willing to listen."
